stretches to 19" (I think it's going to be best to be on the larger end of that to hold it up)

There is a shadow in the center back that looks like 500 used to be embroidered there but was removed

Condition - There are 2 tiny holes near the hem

5" across but it's split on the side so it could fit larger hips than this
