80’s Blue Party with Statement Shoulders 1940 pin up Sweeping lined midi skirtThis royal blue dress from the 1980s is just begging to be worn to a party or prom! It has bold statement shoulders, a cute criss cross back, and a stylish high low tulip skirt. It is made of 100% polyester. It still has its original sales tags, though there's no tag or branding on the inside. Condition: Near perfect condition, except for two small marks on the front (pictured). They're not noticeable at all and it presents beautifully. The dress has
